Data processing agreement for your TV
Parties and scope
The TV operator identified by its organization’s verified fiscal profile is the controller for its advertisers and visitors. AVSOF di Enrico Bisco, VAT ID 05793440289, Via Villanova 91, 35020 Saonara (PD), Italy, acts as processor only for technical activities carried out on that operator’s behalf. This agreement supplements the TVBID licence throughout the service, including subsequent return, deletion and statutory retention duties.
Data and instructions
The processing covers video publication and review, guest sessions, orders, documents and service messages, content reports and consented analytics. Data includes video and voice, public names, contact and fiscal details, technical identifiers and request information. Data subjects include advertisers, visitors, reporters and people appearing in videos. Do not upload unnecessary health or other special category data. The operator documents purposes, lawful bases, notices, media rights and instructions through TVBID’s workflows and controls. AVSOF processes these data only on those instructions, including transfers, and reports instructions it considers unlawful and mandatory legal processing unless prohibited by law.
Confidentiality and security
AVSOF binds authorized personnel to confidentiality and applies proportionate safeguards: tenant and role separation, protected personal access, encrypted secrets and contact information, HTTPS, minimized logs, backups and deletion of replaced media. The operator protects its devices and access. AI review does not certify legality and may be reconsidered by a person.
Providers and transfers
The operator authorizes AVSOF Access, Fiscal, Cinema and native AVSOF email services within their actual contractual roles. OpenAI may receive frames, transcripts and minimal review details only after the applicable agreements and safeguards have been verified; EU-only processing and zero retention are not promised. Stripe processes payments and recipient checks under its own roles, terms and privacy notice; AVSOF does not receive full card numbers. The actual list of subprocessors and processing locations is available from info@avsof.com. AVSOF communicates changes before a new subprocessor is used, allowing a reasoned objection and resolution or termination of the incompatible service, without treating silence as consent. Subprocessors assume equivalent protection duties; AVSOF remains responsible for its assignments. Transfers outside the EEA require applicable GDPR Chapter V safeguards.
Assistance and oversight
AVSOF assists the operator with data subject requests, security, relevant impact assessments and consultations, taking available data into account. It notifies the operator of personal data breaches without undue delay after awareness, providing available information and updates. It provides information needed to demonstrate compliance and permits agreed proportionate audits while protecting other customers’ data and secrets. Contact: info@avsof.com.
Termination and acceptance
At the operator’s documented choice, AVSOF returns or deletes data at termination under agreed technical timings unless law requires retention; backups follow the service’s verified retention. Operational periods are stated in the TV’s privacy notice. AVSOF remains an independent controller for its own contracts, access and accounting within the applicable scope. The controller or authorized representative accepts this version through protected activation; identity, organization, date, version and text digest are recorded. Viewing this page alone is not acceptance.
