Data and purposes
Guest sessions, videos, broadcast details and order data are processed to perform the service; fiscal data is processed for legal obligations. Minimized presence signals and abuse protections serve the legitimate interests of availability, security and transparency. Optional analytics requires consent. A purchase does not imply marketing consent.
Public information
The video, title, public name, link, advertiser and payer appear on the TV. Billing details, checkout email and protected session identifiers are not public. Do not upload sensitive or unnecessary personal information.
OpenAI and other providers
Content review sends OpenAI video frames and, when present, audio for transcription, along with the title and advertiser information needed for assessment. Checkout data is not sent. API processing requires the provider’s applicable contractual arrangements and safeguards before activation. Payment and fiscal documents use providers engaged through AVSOF. Personal information is not sold. Transfers outside the EEA require safeguards under GDPR Article 44 and following.
Retention
Guest session: 30 days. Online presence: 90 seconds. Aggregate analytics: 30 days with automatic operational deletion. Cookie preference: approximately six months. Incomplete or unpurchased uploads: within 24 hours. Replaced videos are deleted from the operational server. Orders, accounting documents and necessary evidence are retained for applicable statutory periods, generally ten years for accounting. Backups and required preservation are managed separately without making videos public.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary cookies support sessions and preferences. The banner offers Accept, Reject and Preferences, and choices can be changed from the footer. Optional analytics measures visits, aggregate clicks, active time and estimated exits. It does not read form fields, passwords, cards or billing information. Referrers and campaigns are minimized; missing sources are not invented. No fingerprinting is used.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure where applicable, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw analytics consent. Email info@avsof.com. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority. AI assessments may be challenged and reviewed.
