Broadcast and purchase terms
The service
AVSOF di Enrico Bisco publishes one advertising video on the purchased TV. Each TV broadcasts one video until the next valid publication. There is no minimum airtime or guaranteed audience. This service is not a prize competition, gambling product or investment.
Price and purchase
The first spot costs €5. Each valid paid broadcast adds €5. Three annual resets return the next spot price to €5 without removing the current video. Any stamp duty is shown in the total before payment. There are no subscriptions. A card authorization may precede capture. Unverified or fiscally unsupported transactions do not authorize publication.
Requirements
The buyer must be an adult, provide truthful advertiser and payer information, hold all required rights and comply with advertising law. OpenAI reviews content before payment; automated approval can be wrong and does not certify legality. Sharing on at least one supported channel is a contractual requirement disclosed before purchase. Social passwords are not requested.
Content and intervention
Illegal, discriminatory, misleading, rights-infringing and sexually explicit content, political advertising, tobacco, gambling and financial investment promotions are prohibited. A video stays until replacement, subject to legal obligations, authority orders, documented violations and security needs. Restrictions are explained and may be challenged at info@avsof.com. The next-purchase rule does not prevent legally required intervention.
Consumer withdrawal
Consumers retain the distance-contract rights provided by Article 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code. Immediate performance during the withdrawal period may be expressly requested. This request does not automatically remove withdrawal rights: Article 59 conditions must be met, including full performance where applicable. Withdrawal after performance starts may require a proportionate payment under the law. To withdraw, email an explicit statement to info@avsof.com with your name, order reference and date; for example, “I withdraw from order …”.
Refunds and support
Duplicate charges, non-performance and mandatory rights are handled through support and, where due, a refund to the original payment method. Short airtime is not itself a defect when the absence of minimum airtime was clearly disclosed. Disputes are assessed on the facts. No provision excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Records and evidence
Billing details are used for the order and fiscal document. Replaced videos are deleted from operational storage; accounting records are retained for statutory periods. Returning from payment or opening a social platform is not evidence that publication occurred.
Law and contact
